Simple! When creating a new character, just pick Canada as your country and Halifax as your city. Halifax is in Nova Scotia!

You just need to select Canada and then Halifax. It鈥檚 the only city option that places you in Nova Scotia.

You can't directly pick Nova Scotia but choose Canada for country and Halifax as city. Halifax is in Nova Scotia, trust me!
