It's simple. Go to the 'Jobs' section and look for the career 'Nun.' Make sure your character isn't a wild child.
To become a nun in BitLife, you need to choose the 'Monastic Life' career under the 'Jobs' tab. Make sure your character is female and has good health and high religiousness!
Just keep your character religious and out of trouble until she turns 18, then the nun job will appear in the 'Jobs' section.
