To become a psychiatrist in BitLife, you first need to max out your character's Smarts stat by studying hard in school. After high school, go to university and major in Psychology, then apply to Medical School and complete that. Finally, find a job as a Psychiatrist. Voila, you're all set to start diagnosing and treating imaginary patients!
First-hand experience here! Make sure your character excels in school and goes to university for psychology. After that, medical school is the only path. I did this and my character's now a top psychiatrist!
