I used AdGuard, and it blocked most of the ads on Facebook for me. Give it a shot!
You can adjust your Facebook ad preferences to limit the types of ads you see, but it won't block them completely. Go to Settings > Ad Preferences and fiddle around!
There's no way to totally block all ads on Facebook. Get used to it!
