How Do I Block Someone on a Facebook Business Page?
I've done this tons of times. Just click on 'Settings' at the top of your Page, find 'People and Other Pages,' and you can easily ban users from there. Works like a charm!

Go straight to your Page’s settings, click on 'People and Other Pages,' find the troublemaker, and click on the gear icon to ban them. Poof! They vanish.
Easy peasy! Head to your Facebook Business Page, go to the comments section, find the comment by the person you want to block, click on the three dots next to their comment, and select 'Ban From Page.' Done and dusted!
