Hey there! To cancel your PlayStation Plus subscription on PS4, go to Settings -> Account Management -> Account Information -> PlayStation Subscriptions. Select your subscription and choose 'Turn Off Auto-Renew'. Easy peasy!

You can cancel it by navigating through the Account Information under Account Management in Settings and disabling auto-renewal for your PlayStation Plus subscription. Done and done!
