You can cancel your PSN subscription through the PlayStation Store on your console. Go to Account Management > PlayStation Subscriptions and select 'Cancel Subscription.'

Just hop onto your PS4 or PS5, head to 'Settings,' then 'Account Management,' and you'll find 'PlayStation Subscriptions.' Select it and turn off auto-renew.
