Just contact PlayStation Support and tell them you want to cancel. They'll guide you through it. Worked for me!

On your PS4 or PS5, head to 'Settings,' then 'Account Management,' and 'Account Information.' From there, navigate to 'PlayStation Subscriptions' and follow the prompts to cancel. Done and done!
