Just used the Xbox app to cancel mine. Tap on your profile pic, go to 'Subscriptions,' and cancel the Game Pass from there. Smooth sailing!

You can't miss it. On the Microsoft account page, under Services & subscriptions, you'll see the option to cancel. Worked for me!
