Grab your phone, open the Microsoft Store app, go to 'Settings' and click on 'Subscriptions.' Find Game Pass and hit 'Cancel.' Done and done!

You can also try going through the Xbox website on your mobile browser. Log in, head to your subscriptions, and cancel from there. Worked for me!
