To cast Cerberus Strike in Tales of Vesperia, you just gotta map the arte to your character's arts menu and then use it in battle by pressing the assigned button. Start by opening the main menu, then go to Artes, and simply assign Cerberus Strike to an available slot. In battle, press the button you assigned it to, and watch Yuri do his thing!

Make sure you've unlocked Cerberus Strike first. Then, map it to your artes button and use it while fighting.
Level up, assign it, press the button. Simple!
You gotta level up Yuri to at least Lv. 5. After that, you can assign it to one of your arte slots in the menu and use it by pressing the corresponding button in battle!
