Super simple! Just go to the race setup screen before starting a race, and you'll see an option to pick your CC. Tap on it and choose the speed that suits you best!
From my experience, as you select a cup to race in, there's a little CC button on the screen. Just hit that and pick the CC you want!
Real talk: automatic is the way to go. Saves time and nerves.
