I've tried this myself, and there’s no way around it: you need to create a new account for a different country. Just go to the PlayStation website and set up a new profile with the country of your choice.

Unfortunately, you can't directly change the country on your PSN account. Your best bet is to create a new PSN account with the desired country's settings.
