It's super easy! Just head to Settings, find the 'Contact' section, and add your new email. Confirm it through your email, and you're done.
First, log into your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings. Then click on 'Contact' under General Account Settings. Here you can remove your old email and add a new one. Don't forget to confirm the new email address from your email account!
I changed mine last week! Here's how I did it: went to Settings, clicked on 'Contact', added my new email, and verified it. All set after that!
