To change your email on Xbox Live, just go to 'Account Settings' on your Xbox console or Microsoft account page, and update your email under the 'Account aliases' section. Easy peasy!

Head over to the Microsoft account website, sign in, and navigate to 'Your Info'. From there, you can add a new email alias and set it as your primary.
