In Settings, under Contact, add your new email. Confirm it via the email sent, then just remove the old one. Done and dusted!

To change your Facebook email, go to your Settings & Privacy, then Settings, click on Contact, and add a new email address. Confirm the new email, set it as the primary one, and remove the old one. Easy peasy!
I did this recently. Went to Settings, added my new email, confirmed it and set it as primary. Took me like 2 minutes!
You just need to add the new email in Settings and confirm it. After that, make it your primary and delete the old one. Simple!
