How Do I Change My PSN ID Back
You can change your PSN ID back to a previous one by going to the Settings menu on your PS4 or PS5, selecting Account Management, and then Account Information. From there, choose Profile, and then Online ID to revert to your old ID. Keep in mind you can only revert to IDs you've changed after April 2018.

Log into your account on a web browser, visit the PlayStation Network website, go to Account Settings, and then Profile. You'll find the option to change your Online ID there. Just select your old one from the list if it's an ID you've used after April 2018.
You really should think twice about changing it again. Just sayin'.
Once you change it, you can go back to your previous PSN ID by logging into your account via the PlayStation website or console settings. Be sure to pick an ID you had after April 2018.
I changed mine back through the console settings. It was quick and easy. Just remember only IDs from April 2018 onwards can be reverted!
