Go to your PS5 or PS4 console settings, navigate to 'Account Management,' and select 'Account Information.' From there, choose 'Profile' then 'Online ID' and follow the prompts.

You can also change it through a web browser by going to the PlayStation website, logging in, then heading to 'Account Settings' > 'Profile' > 'Online ID.' Easy peasy!

A word of advice: Your first name change is free, but Sony charges a fee for subsequent changes.
