How Do I Change NAT Type on PS4?
You can change your NAT type on PS4 by accessing your router settings and enabling UPnP. If that doesn't work, try setting up a static IP for your PS4 and placing it in the DMZ.

Log into your router’s web interface, find the ‘UPnP’ setting, and enable it. Sometimes, this alone will change your NAT type.
Hot take: Sometimes just restarting your PS4 and router can change your NAT type. Worth a shot before diving deeper!
Had the same issue! I ended up forwarding ports (TCP: 80, 443, 3478-3480; UDP: 3478-3479) for my PS4 through the router settings. Worked like a charm!
