It's all about that Robux icon, folks. Click it, and you'll see your credit.
You can also check on the Roblox mobile app by tapping the Robux balance. Worked for me every time.
Open Roblox, click on the Robux icon at the top, and your credit balance will show right under your Robux amount.
From personal experience, you can also check by going to the Billing page in Account Settings. Your credit shows up there too.
