Just go to your Account page on the Steam website or client, scroll down to the 'Steam Deck' section, and you'll see your reservation status right there!

Check your email for the confirmation message from Steam. Follow the link in that email to see the status of your reservation.

Hit up the Steam support site, log in, and look under 'Purchases'. Your Steam Deck reservation should show up there.
