Easy peasy! Just press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to turn it off. Unplug the power cable for another 10 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. Cache cleared!

From my experience, holding down the power button until the console fully shuts off, then unplugging it for 10 seconds, works like a charm!
