If you’re on a web browser, clearing your browser cache will do the trick. Each browser is a bit different, but usually it's in the Settings menu under Privacy.
I always just uninstall and reinstall the app. Clean slate every time!
On iOS, your best bet is to offload the app in your phone’s storage settings. Then just reinstall it. Easy peasy!
