It's super easy! Just plug your Xbox controller into your PC using a USB cable, wait for the drivers to install automatically, and you're good to go!

If you're all about that wireless life, you can connect via Bluetooth. First, make sure your controller has Bluetooth (some older ones don't). Press the Xbox button to turn it on, then press and hold the connect button on the top of the controller. On your PC, go to Bluetooth settings, select 'Add Bluetooth or other device,' then choose your controller from the list!

Why not just use a wired connection and save the hassle? USB cables are so underrated.

As someone who鈥檚 done it a million times, I suggest getting the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows. It鈥檚 reliable and simple! Just plug the adapter into a USB port, press the pair button on the adapter and the controller, and watch them connect like magic.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
