Got lucky and found a Stimpak recipe early in the game. Honestly, it's a game-changer. Gotta have that Pharmacist perk though. Then it's just mixing stuff you find lying around. Steel and antiseptic are everywhere, but those blood packs are precious. Guard them with your life!
Just find the recipe and have the Pharmacist perk lol. You basically just mix antiseptic, blood packs, and steel. EZ.
