Log into your account at the [PlayStation website](https://www.playstation.com/), go to 'Device Management,' and simply select 'Deactivate All Devices.' Easy peasy!

I had to deactivate one of my old PS4s once. Just head to the PlayStation website, sign in to your account, navigate to the 'Device Management' section, and click 'Deactivate All Devices.' It might seem drastic, but it's the most direct way.

Just go to 'Device Management' on the PSN site. Done.

You can deactivate it from your PS4 or PS5: Head to 'Settings,' then to 'Account Management,' and select 'Activate as Your Primary PS4/PS5' but make sure to deactivate it there!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
