Go to the System Settings from the main menu, select Storage, then select the storage device where your profile is saved. Open the Profiles sub-menu, choose the profile you want to delete, and select Delete. Boom, gone forever!

From personal experience, just hit up System Settings, go to Storage, navigate to Profiles, and select Delete. Quick and painless.
