You can use the Activity Log to delete all your posts. Go to your profile, click on the '...' button, select 'Activity Log,' then filter by 'Your Posts.' You can bulk delete from there!

I went through this recently. It was easier to use the Facebook mobile app. Go to the 'Activity Log' in your settings and filter by posts. It's a bit time-consuming, though.

There's no one-click solution, unfortunately. You'll have to go through the Activity Log and delete posts one by one or in batches.

Honestly, deactivating your account and starting fresh might be quicker if you have a ton of posts!
