Go to the Facebook app, tap on the three lines, select 'Settings & Privacy', then 'Settings', scroll down to 'Media and Contacts', and hit 'Manage Contacts'—from there, you can delete them!

Deleting contacts is straightforward: go to 'Settings', 'Your Facebook Information', 'Upload Contacts', and manage them there. Took me less than a minute!
To delete contacts from Facebook, visit your Facebook settings. You can remove uploaded contacts by going to the 'Manage Contacts' section, and then selecting 'Delete all contacts'. Easy-peasy!
