Super easy! Just go to your Friends list on your PS4/PS5, find the friend you want to delete, press Options, and select Remove from Friends. Bye-bye!

Open the PlayStation app or go to your Friends list on your console, find the buddy you need to ditch, click Options, then remove. Simple as that!
