Best way to go about it is to use a web browser and open multiple tabs for each friend you want to unfriend. Then you can quickly go through them without having to navigate back and forth.
Sadly, Facebook doesn't have a built-in feature to delete multiple friends at once. You'll have to unfriend them one by one by visiting their profile, clicking on the 'Friends' button, and selecting 'Unfriend.'
Just block them all. Problem solved.
