Open the Facebook app, tap on the menu (the three horizontal lines), go to Settings & Privacy, choose Settings, scroll down to 'Your Facebook Information,' select 'Account Ownership and Control,' then 'Deactivation and Deletion,' select 'Delete Account,' and follow the instructions.
