I’ve done this myself! Go to Documents/My Games/Tom Clancy's The Division 2/Screenshots and delete the ones you don't need.

Go to the screenshot folder in your game directory, select the shots you want gone, and remove them. Boom, done!

Deleting from the folder is quicker than navigating all the in-game menus. Just saying.

Hey there! Just navigate to the folder where The Division 2 stores its screenshots (usually in Documents/My Games). Find the screenshot you wanna delete and hit the delete key. Easy peasy!
