Settings > Account > Linked Accounts > Facebook > Unlink. Boom, disconnected.
I had the same issue last month! Just go to your profile, hit the three lines for settings, navigate to Accounts > Linked Accounts, and click unlink from Facebook.
Go to your Instagram settings, find 'Account', then 'Sharing to Other Apps' and simply select 'Unlink' next to Facebook. Done and dusted!
If you want to disconnect Facebook from Instagram, head to your Instagram settings, find 'Account', then 'Linked Accounts', and tap on 'Unlink' for Facebook. Easy peasy!
