Unlinking your PSN from your EA account isn't something you can do yourself in your account settings. You'll need to get in touch with EA Support directly.

You can disconnect your PSN from your EA account by contacting EA Support. Just head over to their help site, select 'Contact Us,' and choose your platform and game. They'll take it from there!

I've been through this! Contact EA Support, they'll help you unlink your accounts. It was pretty straightforward when I did it.
