How do I discontinue Facebook?
You can either deactivate or delete your Facebook account. For deactivation, go to Settings > Your Facebook Information > Deactivation and Deletion > Deactivate Account. For permanent deletion, follow the same steps but choose Delete Account. Happy digital detoxing!
