Just head to your Facebook app, hit the three horizontal lines (menu), scroll to 'Facebook Pay', and follow the steps to add a payment method. Took me like 5 mins tops!
You can set up Facebook Pay in the settings menu. Just remember to have your card details or PayPal info handy.
Use PayPal instead. Facebook Pay's just another middleman.
