Why not just ask your phone assistant: "Hey Siri/Google, download the Facebook app"? Talk about taking shortcuts!
Why even bother when you can just use it on your browser? That's what I do!
If you have an Android phone, open the Google Play Store, search for Facebook, and tap Install. For iPhone, just do the same in the App Store.
I downloaded Facebook from the App Store on my iPhone last week and it took like 30 seconds. Super simple!
