You can't edit the post itself, but you can change the caption, tags, and location.
Easy peasy! Just open the post you want to edit, tap the three dots on the top right, and select 'Edit.' Voila! You can now change your caption, tag people, add location, or edit alt text.
I've done this a bunch of times. Just go to your post, hit the three dots in the top right corner, and select 'Edit.' Edit your caption and tags as needed, then save. You're golden!
