Head over to PlayStation's website, sign in, and navigate to Subscription Management. From there, you can cancel your subscription with a few clicks! Easy peasy.

So, I had to do this myself last month. Just log into your PlayStation account, go to Subscriptions, and disable auto-renewal. It took maybe two minutes.
