Find a building you want to convert into an outpost, clear it of zombies, and then use your radio to establish it. Easy peasy!
Just pick a building, kill the zeds inside, and use your radio to set it up as an outpost. It's not rocket science!
You gotta find a building, clean out those pesky zombies, and then select 'Establish Outpost' from your radio menu. Make sure you have enough influence to do it!
