Just a heads up: Factory resetting your Xbox 360 will erase all saved games and settings. Make sure you back up anything important! Go to 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Console Settings' > 'System Info' > 'Y' to reset.

To factory reset your Xbox 360, go to 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Console Settings' > 'System Info'. Then press 'Y' to reset it. Simple as that!
