How do I farm Endo in Warframe?
One word: Ayatan. Hunt Ayatan Sculptures and Stars in missions, then turn them in to Maroo at her Bazaar for a bunch of Endo. Plus, it feels like a treasure hunt!

Head to the Arena on Sedna and take on the Rathuum missions. You smack enemies, get Judgement Points, and trade those for Endo. Easy peasy!
I swear by running high-level missions with the mod 'Spare Parts' equipped on a Sentinel. Every time the Sentinel dies, there's a chance to get 200-500 Endo. It's a bit morbid, but hey, it works!
Just play the game. Endo will come naturally through rewards and dismantling mods you don't need.
Really fast way? Arbitrations. Just make sure you're geared up well, because it's tough. But the Endo rewards are totally worth it!
