Just type your friend's name or username into the search bar at the top of Pinterest, then click 'Profiles' to filter the results. Good luck!
I just link my Pinterest to Facebook and find my friends that way; it's super easy and quick!
Honestly, I just send my friend a link to my profile and ask for theirs back. Old school but effective!
