Check for Shale Outcrops in the Mountain Island and the Mushroom Forest biomes. Both are prime spots for diamonds!

You can find diamonds in Subnautica in the Mountain Island caves, along the seabed in the Mushroom Forest, or by breaking Shale Outcrops in the Deep Reef. Happy hunting, and watch out for Reapers!

Diamonds are mostly found in Shale Outcrops. Try exploring the Jellyshroom Cave or the Sparse Reef for a sparkling surprise.

Forget the search! Just dive straight into the Mountains biome and you'll hit diamond jackpot in no time.
