Check your email! Sometimes Sony sends your backup codes to your registered email address when you set up 2-Step Verification.

Hey! To find your PSN backup code, log in to your account at the PlayStation website, go to 'Security', and you'll find '2-Step Verification'. Click on that and your backup codes will be there!
