Easy peasy! Just go to your PlayStation 4 or 5's home screen, head to 'Settings', then 'Account Management', and it's right there under 'Account Information'!

Log into your account on the PlayStation website, click your avatar in the top right corner, and select 'Account Settings'. You'll find your PSN ID there.
You can find it in the PlayStation app too, just log in and navigate to your profile. Your PSN ID is displayed right under your avatar and username!
Why bother? Your username IS your PSN ID.
For me, it was as simple as checking my email confirmation from when I first signed up! It's usually mentioned in the welcome email.
