Easy peasy! On your PS4 or PS5, just go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Profile, and your Online ID will be right there.

Log in to the official PlayStation website (playstation.com) and head to your profile. Your Online ID will be displayed there too!

If you're playing a game, press the PS button on your controller, and your Online ID will be on the quick menu. Voila!
