You can't directly view your stored PSN password on a PS3. The best way is to reset it via the 'Forgot Password' option on the PlayStation Network sign-in screen.

Hey, I've been there! Unfortunately, the PS3 won't show you the stored password, so you'll need to reset it by selecting 'Forgot Password' on the PSN login screen.

No way to view the stored password, buddy. Just go to the PSN sign-in screen and hit 'Forgot Password' to reset it!
