If you forgot your PlayStation password, just hit the 'Trouble signing in?' link on the login page and follow the prompts to reset it via your email. Easy peasy!
You can reset your PlayStation password by going to the PlayStation Network sign-in page and clicking on 'Forgot your password?'. They'll send a reset link to your email.
From personal experience, go to the PSN sign-in page and click 'Forgot your password?' They’ll send you an email to reset it. Worked like a charm for me last week!
